Tennessee man charged with video voyeurism in Colbert County

COLBERT COUNTY, Ala. — A Wayne County man is facing a federal charge of video voyeurism at a Tennessee Valley Authority facility in Colbert County.

Lance W. Woods, 56, of Cypress Inn, Tenn., was charged Monday with one count of video voyeurism.

Federal prosecutors said the incident happened at a TVA facility April 29, 2019.

If he’s convicted, Woods could face a year in prison.
